Kerakoll H40 Extreme is a high-performance hybrid gel-adhesive engineered for demanding applications. This two-part system delivers exceptional bonding capabilities with 4.5 N/mm² adhesive strength—five times superior to standard C2 cement-based adhesives within 24 hours. Its remarkable deformability exceeds S2 cement adhesives by tenfold, providing superior stress resistance and crack bridging. The low-viscosity formula spreads effortlessly, achieving a smooth, workable consistency ideal for professional installation.
Application
- High performance: Extreme-condition bonding for large-format tiles and natural stone requiring superior adhesive strength and flexibility. High-stress environments where deformability and crack resistance are critical performance factors
- Easy to use: Single Pack, Part B is found inside the pack. Respect the preset ratio of 8.6: 1.4. Remix part B into the bucket containing part A, being careful to mix the two parts uniformly until a smooth, even-coloured mixture is obtained. For ease of mixing and application, it is recommended to store packs of H40 Extreme at a temperature of ≈ +20 °C for at least 2/3 days prior to use. Easy to spread. 5 times less viscous than a (35 Pa·s) polyurethane adhesive, transforms into a smooth gel like a cement-based adhesive.
